Being Stress Free.

Learning to pray, is a very good way to release stress. Someone told me. "Don't stress about it, Pray about it! And I think that is a wonderful way to be stress free. Because you are leaving all your problems your worries to God. And he will provide you with whatever you need. Food, Clothing, and you name it, you got it. Simple as that.
